Joshua Tree Retreat Recap

Corporate

Non Profits
When nonprofits bring me in, whether it’s to support staff or the communities they serve ~ the intention is to create a safe, gentle space to release stress and soften the weight of daily challenges. For those carrying trauma or burnout, these sessions offer a way to reconnect with the body, restore communication with oneself, and receive the extra care and compassion they deserve. Through movement, breath, and presence, we create moments of relief, grounding, and renewal.
Companies
When your company brings me in, whether it’s for yoga, meditation, breathwork, or even a connection circle, the goal is simple: to create space. Space to pause from the fast pace of work, reset the nervous system, and move the body gently without pressure. These sessions support better communication, stress relief, and overall well-being…without feeling forced or going too deep too fast. Think of it as a refreshing reset in the middle of the day or at the end of the day that leaves your team more grounded, clear, and connected.
Communities
Friend groups or customized: Imagine gathering your friends, not just for a birthday or a casual hangout, but for something more intentional. A space to share, laugh, and collaborate in a different way. It could be a one-hour session, a mini retreat, or simply a refreshing pause together. Think of it as a regrouping, a reconnection, and a full vibe ~ something that leaves everyone feeling lighter, closer, and renewed.
