Step into the serene stillness of the desert and be welcomed with nourishing food, space to unwind, and an invitation to arrive fully as you are. From the very beginning, this retreat gently guides you inward through intentional connection, heart-opening yoga, and restorative practices.

You’ll drop into embodied presence with dynamic movement, breathwork, and somatic exploration, while also enjoying spacious free time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with nature. Sacred circles offer opportunities for honest sharing and deep listening, while guided walks and meditations in powerful natural settings ground you in the land’s wisdom.

 

Each day is thoughtfully balanced—inviting both inward reflection and soulful community. Nourishing meals, optional healing sessions, restorative yoga, and soothing sound experiences support your integration and relaxation. The retreat closes with a heartfelt circle, gentle breathwork, and meaningful reflection.

Day 1

  • 11:30 AM – Arrival + Intro
    Settle in, get grounded, and ease into the space.

  • 11:45 AM – Restorative Yoga + Meditation
    A gentle practice to begin softening the body and slowing down the mind.

  • 12:15 AM – Guidelines + Opening Intention
    A grounding moment to share how we’ll move through the day—with presence, care, and radical acceptance.

  • 12:30 PM – Speed Connection
    Light, intentional partner sharing to ease into connection.

  • 1:30 PM – Vinyasa Flow
    A mindful movement practice to awaken the body and energy.

  • 2:30 PM – Lunch + Free Time
    Nourishment and rest. Take space for yourself - walk, journal, swim, sauna, rest, cold plunge, or shift into something cozy.

  • 3:45 PM – Group Grace
    Coming back together as a circle to share insights or simply be held in silence.

  • 4:30 PM – Sound Healing + Meditation
    A deep drop into stillness, supported by sound and breath.

  • 5:15 PM – Gratitude + Full Moon Circle

Facilitator

Brittni Meyer

Informed by both lived experience and deep trauma awareness, Brittni brings a rare depth to every retreat. Her gift lies in making people feel seen, whether through somatic movement, restorative practices, or intentional moments of stillness. She creates containers where your nervous system can finally take a breath and your spirit feels unclogged and activated.

Brittni has led women’s circles for nonprofits and corporate offices alike. She’s a certified yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and Teacher Trainer facilitator but beyond the titles, she’s someone who truly cares. Her approach is both intuitive and informed, designed to help you move out of your head and into the wild, worthy wisdom of your body.
