Day 1

11:30 AM -12 PM – Arrival + Intro
Settle in, get grounded, and ease into the space. -
12 PM – Restorative Yoga + Meditation
A gentle practice to begin unveiling the seriousness and entering your body and slowing down the mind. -
12:45 AM – Guidelines + Opening Intention
A grounding moment to share how we’ll move through the day—with presence, care, and radical acceptance. -
1 PM – Speed Connection
Everyones favorite (people rave about this at the end of the retreat) sharing to ease into connection. -
1:30 PM – Vinyasa Flow
A mindful movement practice to awaken the body and energy. -
2:30 PM – Lunch + Free Time
Nourishment and rest. Take space for yourself - walk, journal, swim, sauna, rest, cold plunge, or shift into something cozy. -
3:45 PM – Unknowing
We know too much about ourselves and memory, its time to unknow. Getting energetics aligned for you. -
4:30 PM – Sound Healing + Meditation
A deep drop into trust and life, supported by sound instruments and breath. -
5:15 PM – Gratitude + Full Moon Circle

Brittni Meyer
Informed by both lived experience and deep trauma awareness, Brittni brings a rare depth to every retreat. Her gift lies in making people feel seen, whether through somatic movement, restorative practices, or intentional moments of stillness. She creates containers where your nervous system can finally take a breath and your spirit feels unclogged and activated.

Brittni has led women’s circles for nonprofits and corporate offices alike. She’s a certified yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and Teacher Trainer facilitator but beyond the titles, she’s someone who truly cares. Her approach is both intuitive and informed, designed to help you move out of your head and into the wild, worthy wisdom of your body.
