Day 1

  • 1:00 PM — Check-In & Welcome
    Arrive and settle into stillness with homemade juice and fresh snacks. No rush—just breathe and land.

  • 2:00 PM — On Purpose Group Greet
    Connect intentionally through a light, heart-centered meet-and-greet designed for presence and authenticity.

  • 3:00 PM — Vinyasa Yoga Flow
    A dynamic, all-levels yoga session to energize, open the heart, and ground after travel.

  • 4:00–5:00 PM — Free Time
    Unplug and unwind. Journal, nap, stretch, or explore. Let your body sync with the land.

  • 5:00–6:00 PM — Workshop: Your Reality Check-In
    Explore a personal reflection in a no-pressure space. Share or simply witness what arises.

  • 6:00–7:00 PM — Dinner
    Enjoy a vibrant, nourishing meal in community or in silence—whatever feels right.

  • 7:00–8:00 PM — Sound Experience & Restorative Pause
    A soothing sound bath and guided stillness to ease your body and mind into deep rest.

Day 2

    A gentle, grounding breakfast to close your journey with care and presence.

  • 9:30 AM — Closing Circle: Reflection, Surprise & Self-Return
    Share what’s shifted, receive a parting gift, and prepare to re-enter life with new insight.

  • 11:00 AM — Checkout & Goodbyes
    Depart slowly. Carry your experience with you—this is only the beginning.

Facilitator

Brittni Meyer

Informed by both lived experience and deep trauma awareness, Brittni brings a rare depth to every retreat. Her gift lies in making people feel seen, whether through somatic movement, restorative practices, or intentional moments of stillness. She creates containers where your nervous system can finally take a breath and your spirit feels unclogged and activated.

Brittni has led women’s circles for nonprofits and corporate offices alike. She’s a certified yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and Teacher Trainer facilitator but beyond the titles, she’s someone who truly cares. Her approach is both intuitive and informed, designed to help you move out of your head and into the wild, worthy wisdom of your body.
